Dennis Stephen Smith, 68, of Chickamauga, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020.

He was a manger for Shop-Rite in Chickamauga and enjoyed playing bingo.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Smith; daughters, Melissa (Chris) Cummings and Ashley (Chris) Mathis; son, Charles Gale; grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Dylan, Katelyn, Kaden, and Brayden; and pet, Princess.

A private funeral service will be held in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel.

Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
