Kenneth ”Rod” B. Bain, 79, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.

Kenneth was born in McMinnville, Tn. on June 28, 1940. He was a loving husband, father, and Pawpaw.

He retired from Southern Champion Tray Company with 52 years of service. Kenneth loved singing country music and singing in church. He was a member of Peoples Baptist Church. He enjoyed metal detecting for civil war relics.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Levetta Bain and grandchildren, Kaitlin Pacheco and Matthew Ahlfeld.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 49 years, Annette Bain; daughter, Kecia Tuminski; grandchildren, Kayla Pacheco and Kaden Ahlfeld; sons, Lebron Bain and Rodney Bain; daughter, Anita Gann; grandchildren, Brittany Gann, Emily Bain, Courtney Bain, Wesley Bain; siblings, Harold Bain, Doug Bain, Wanda Johnson, Clara Pugh, Geraline Mull, and Peggy Worley; several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 21, from 1-3 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. Funeral services will follow immediately in the funeral home chapel with interment in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
