Woodrow, Pastor David Allen (Cleveland)

Pastor David Allen Woodrow, 67, of Cleveland, entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 25, 2020. In 1982 he founded an international evangelistic theater ministry, The New Life Drama Company. His calling was to share the love of Christ through the art form of theater. This ministry, to date, is responsible for having led hundreds of thousands to Christ.  He was overflowing with generosity and changed the lives of those he met.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Coy Woodrow and granddaughter, Avalee Woodrow.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Michelle Woodrow; his sons, Abraham (Alyssa) Woodrow and Jacob Woodrow; his grandchildren, Jude and Noah Woodrow; and his siblings, Linda (Joe) Coulter, Rita (Russell) Tackett, John (Jennifer) Woodrow, Mary Jane Adkins and Charlie Singletary. Pastor David is also survived by many nieces and nephews who meant the world to him.

A gathering of friends will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30 in the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home.  Interment will be on Wednesday, July 1 at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
