Kimberly Green, age 46, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

She was born Nov. 7, 1973 in Rome, Ga. She was a LPN at Calhoun Health Care.

She is survived by her daughter and spouse, Jenna Green and Soledad Lua; son and spouse, Christopher and Alisha Lumpkin of Dalton, GA; goddaughter, Addison Freeman; father, Jimmy Tucker of Rockmart, GA; mother, Kathy Baker of Dalton, GA; sister, Cristie Jackson of Dalton, GA; brothers and spouses, Jimmy Lee and Velvet Tucker of Calhoun, GA, Scotty and Samantha Tucker of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Riley Lumpkin, Emily Lumpkin, Brady Lumpkin, Colby Lumpkin; and nieces and nephews, Garrett Tucker, Scotty Tucker Jr., Addison Freeman, Sophie Tucker.

Service to celebrate the life of Kimberly Green will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Pastor Bret Bellamy officiating. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery with James Green, Scotty Tucker, Jimmy Tucker, Junior Freeman and Garrett Tucker serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 18.

Due to the national health crisis and the COVID-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
