Peggy Randolph Holder, a well-known wedding designer in the Chattanooga area, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.

Mrs. Holder, a native of Cleveland, had lived in Chattanooga most of her life and was owner and operator of Peggy’s Petals Complete Wedding Service for 45 years.  She loved helping brides make their wedding day and dreams come true.  She helped brides with over 850 weddings in Chattanooga and outlying cities.

She was employed with Randolph Manufacturing Co., and owner of Tri-State Ceramics and was a member of Redemption Point Church of God in Ooltewah.

She was married to the late Charles J. Holder; daughter of the late C.L. and Arietta Randolph; sister of the late C.W. Randolph and grandmother of the late Charles Robert Holder.

Survivors include three sons, Jack (Barbara) Holder, Gary (Vicki) Holder both of Chattanooga, and Steve (Melinda) Holder of Cleveland, TN; daughter, DaVonna (Perry) Mason; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Redemption Point Church of God in Ooltewah with Bishop Travis Ballinger, Bishop Don Stovall and Dorlene Harris officiating.  Interment will be in Fort Hill Cemetery in Cleveland.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. on Saturday before the service at the Redemption Point Church of God, 3831 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, Ooltewah, Tn. 37363.

Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
