Bill “Goat” Harrison, born December 17, 1951, passed away on February 25, 2021.

Bill was raised and lived all his life in Evensville, Tennessee.  He loved his family and had many friends.

Bill made his living in the auto body repair business. He was the owner of Bill's Body Shop for 33 years.

Bill was a legend in the softball world. He was known for batting left-handed and he could hit a softball a mile. He also used a leather work glove for a batting glove. Bill loved to ride his Harley, especially his many trips out West. He loved Yellowstone.

Bill was preceded in death by his father Spurgeon “Spud” Harrison.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Charlotte Wilkey Harrison; sons Brad ( Leslie) Harrison and Ben (Wendy) Harrison; grandchildren Emily, Ryan, Lucas and Anabel Harrison; mother Nancy Arnold  Harrison, all of Evensville, Tennessee; niece Chelsea Roddy Banks of Gallatin, Tennessee; many other nieces and nephews and a host of close family and friends.

The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 from 11-2 p.m. at Family Worship Center Church, 1120 Dayton Mountain Hwy., Dayton, TN.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

Active pallbearers are Ryan Harrison, Lucas Harrison, Shawn Tucker, Robert Mcrary, Tim Allison and Punky Smith.

Honorary pallbearers are Paul Travis, Steve Hutchins, Norman Nichols, Denny Patterson, Delbert Drake, David Jordan, Walter Mathews and Tim Gearin. 

We respectfully request that social distancing and all CDC Covid-19 measures be adhered to. Masks will be required.
