Former Chop House On Gunbarrel Road Sells For $2.5 Million, Then $3,201,000

The former Chop House restaurant at 2011 Gunbarrel Road has sold for $2.5 million, then for $3,201,000.

Issa Bassam of the Ant Group Llc bought it from Hclt Partnership, then turned around and sold it to Hamilton Management Llc for the higher amount.

Built in 1994, it includes 7,088 square feet and is on a 1.65 acres lot.
