Dorota Zalewska sits in the top 3 after a 36-hole Monday at the Southern Conference Championships at Kiawah Island Resort

The Chattanooga Mocs started postseason play today at the Southern Conference Championships. The ladies began with 301 in the morning and turned in 299 in the afternoon for a 600 total sitting in fifth.
Esme Hamilton had the low tally in the AM with a 1-over 73. Dorota Zalewska was one behind her at 74 as Jefimija Dordevic turned in 76. Daphne van Son competed the counters with 78.
Zalewska and Beatriz Barrios came back strong in the afternoon. The duo fired matching 1-under 71s.
Hamilton came in with 77 ahead of van Son’s 80.
ETSU holds a 3-shot lead over Samford in second. Furman is another stroke back in third. The Paladins’ Sarah-Eve Rheaume is the individual leader with 138.
The final round starts Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. The Mocs are paired with Mercer and UNCG as van Son leads off. Dordevic is next 8:10 a.m., followed by Barrios (8:20), Hamilton (8:30) and Zalewska (8:40).
