The Chattanooga Housing Authority is opening its waitlist for the newly-renovated Cromwell Hills, a Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) site.
The waitlist will be open from July 16 at noon for a limited number of two and three-bedroom units. Applicants must pass a background check and meet program requirements including household income. Applications will be taken online only, and may be accessed on the CHA’s website.
Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Once taken, applicants will remain on the waiting list until there is availability for one of the units.
CHA leaders said, “We are pleased to bring these units back on-line as part of our newly renovated portfolio. While there are a limited number of units available, we are looking forward to welcoming residents to a new place to call home.”
