Lyda Jane Center, 73, passed away August 13, 2021.
A lifelong resident of Ringgold & Tunnel Hill, Lyda was a member of Southern Deaf Fellowship SDA Church, McDonald, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Olen and Martha Jane Hitchcox; brother, Robert Hitchcox; sister, Doris Lamb; and her loving husband, Joel Center.
She is survived by her daughters, Lorna (Judd) Whitfield, of Ringgold, Connie Center, of Tunnel Hill, and Shirley (Jimmy) Sinclair, of Chattanooga; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Vanessa Stoker, of Rossville; brother, Joel Hitchcox, of Flintstone, Ga.; several and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
