Ms. Bagley will continue to be the organization's executive director, devoted to closing the opportunity gap in Hamilton County.

"Since 2015, Erica has always supported our scholars with a positive attitude and encouragement. My time as the program director has brought me so much joy.
I am beyond delighted to have Erica join our leadership team. Likewise, she has seen our scholars flourish throughout the years. She understands that our program is more than just academics but the opportunity to build young men for success," said Ms. Bagley..

Ms. Condra is a University of Tennessee, Chattanooga graduate, where she received her master's of secondary education. Throughout her career, she has maintained a core mission of cultivating student growth and development.

"I am honored for this opportunity to be the new program director for Bridge Scholars of Chattanooga. I fell in love with the program when I joined the team six years ago as a science teacher, and my passion for this program has only grown since then. I have seen first-hand the amazing work our students can accomplish, and I am looking forward to continuing that with the young men who make this program successful," said Ms. Condra.

The application process for the summer of 2022 opens in Feb. 2022.
