17th Annual Pink! Gala Rescheduled For March 12

  • Thursday, January 20, 2022

CHI Memorial Foundation announces the 17th annual Pink! gala has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 12 at the First Horizon Pavilion.  Originally scheduled for January, the gala was postponed for the health and safety of the community, all of the sponsors, volunteers and staff who work to put on the event.

Mark Hite and Marcus McKamey are co-chairs of this year’s annual signature black-tie event, which features the theme "Beyond the Palace Gates, An Evening in the Royal Garden."  The evening will feature silent and live auctions, a gourmet dinner and dancing to Party on the Moon.

Pink! is a celebration of life for breast cancer patients and survivors that has raised more than $4.9 million since 2006 to ensure our community has access to the most advanced breast cancer treatments available.

"All proceeds from Pink! stay here in our community to ensure the MaryEllen Locher Breast Center at CHI Memorial has the latest technology available and provides the highest quality care available to women in need, as well as, helping provide college scholarships to children who have had a parent experience breast cancer," officials said.

The entire community is invited to help Color Chattanooga Pink! March 5-11 to help raise awareness for this cause.
