Breezy Snow Carter
Breezy Snow Carter, age 12, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at her residence.
She was born Aug. 16, 2009 in Greenville, Tn. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Gibson.
She is survived by her parents, Beverly and Cyle Garland of Ringgold, GA, Sonny Carter of Greenville, TN, Fred Velker of Ringgold, GA; brothers, Lincoln Garland, Vincent Velker; sisters, Summer Ahlfeld, Abigail Holden, Samantha Gibson, Andrea Velker, Hannah Carter, Kristian Huckabee; grandparents, Dan and Lisa Garland of Ft. Ogelthorpe, GA, Judy Carter of Greenville, TN, Helen Velker of Ringgold, GA.
Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Breezy Snow Carter will be held Thursday, Jan. 13, at 3:30 p.m. from the Ponders Brainerd Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday. She will be laid to rest at the Anderson Memorial Gardens with Cyle Garland, Fred Velker, Troy Hodge, Vincent Velker, Andrea Velker and Shawn Ahfeld serving as pallbearers.
