Historic Building Turned Into Large Condo On East Main Street Sells For $3.4 Million

An historic building that was converted into a large condo home at 25 East Main St. has sold for $3.4 million.

The property was bought by Dam Holdings LLC from Sai Soho LLC. 

The property was last sold in November of 2021 for $2,250,000.

The 6,500 square foot building, constructed in 1900, is now a four-bedroom, two and a half bath condo with a two-car garage.
