Kiuka Fire Department Honored For 20 Plus Years Of Service

Rhea County Emergency Management Director Brad Harrison honored members of the Kiuka Fire Department for their 20 plus years of service at Tuesday night's commission meeting.

Mr. Harrison also surprised County Commissioner Rusty Rogers by giving him a plaque as well for his some 32 years of service. Comm. Rogers was a junior fireman with Kiuka fire department when it was first started in the early 80s. His father, Roy, was a founding member of the fire department.
