Shopping Complex On Highway 153 In Hixson Sells For Over $16 Million

The shopping center at 5591 Hwy. 153 in Hixson has been sold for $16,683,000.

It was sold to Credi Chattanooga LLC by Towne Center North LLC.

The center contains Best Buy, PetSmart and DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill, among other businesses.
