A Motel 6 on over two acres on Brainerd Road is to be converted to multi-family apartments.
The location is at 5505 Brainerd Road across from Eastgate Town Center.
A zoning change is being sought to go from C-2 to UGC.
A case goes before the Planning Commission on Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
