Darlene Harris, 76, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at her residence.

She was the daughter of the late Arlie and Lila Mae Jackson and was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Harris, son and daughter-in-law, Billy Doyle Harris (Renee), son-in-law, Jeff Conner and grandson, Shawn Foote.

Darlene was a former employee with American Uniform. She loved taking care of others and enjoyed painting.

She attended Calvary Life Fellowship Church.

She is survived by two children, James Ray Harris, of Ooltewah, TN, Sheila Conner, of Georgetown, TN, eight grandchildren, Ashley Vukov, Brittany Duncan (Tyler), Patrick Kelley, Garey Kelley, Justin Conner, Kristina Harris, Eli Harris, James Harris, Jr., three great-grandchildren, Trenton Harris, Brenlee Harris, Noah Wayne Kelley and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2022, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ooltewah Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at the funeral home.
