The legal advertising campaign that started out with approval of the U.S. Supreme Court in five simple sounding legal matters such as name changes, uncontested divorces, etc. has evolved into a billion dollar business, promoting the direct or not very subtle campaign about the “Best,” “Most Qualified,” “Most Money Recovered” for the poor victims of corporate greed and insurance companies, “Most Feared Attorneys” by the previous groups, “Billboard Lawyers Are Best,” Chattanooga Lawyers (except them) are not experts, etc.

(the list is endless).

The advertising battle has evolved into the Real Estate market locally and “Local Mark” (Hite) has decided to take on the “non-local Mark” (Atlanta) to protect his and his colleagues in the booming sale of any property (standing, vacant or condemned) in Hamilton County.

Whether he is financing his one-man war or is silently being backed by one of the many “partners” or other realtors is beyond the scope of this article, but they are trying to protect their profession and pocketbooks.  The local real estate gentleman recognizes that his and his colleagues’ pockets are being picked by the Peach State promoter!

(Who said real estate agents were not as smart as attorneys?)
