Free Outdoor Concert Series Returns To Greenway Farm

Outdoor Chattanooga’s Campfire Music Series To Take Place Through October

  • Monday, September 26, 2022

The city of Chattanooga’s Outdoor Chattanooga division is once again hosting its Fireside Outdoor Concert Series every Thursday this October, from 7-9 p.m., at the City’s Greenway Farm Park in Hixson.

All ages are invited to enjoy an evening in a rustic setting to listen to live local music gathered around a couple of small campfires behind the reconstructed 1850’s Sniteman Cabin. Bring blankets, chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks and dancing shoes. There are no food vendors, so pack a picnic dinner to enjoy during the show.

Fireside is a free, outdoor concert series that began in 2011 with the simple concept of getting families to come out to a local park, unplug from technology and listen to live music gathered around a fire. The concerts are graciously sponsored by Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in partnership with the Department of Parks and Outdoors and Outdoor Chattanooga.

Greenway Farm is at 5051 Gann Store Road in Hixson.
