James “Jayme” Michael Harris
James “Jayme” Michael Harris, 55, of Ooltewah, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022, after a short battle with cancer.
Mr. Harris was born and raised in Ringgold, Georgia. He graduated from Ringgold High School Class of 1985. He was a member of Friendship Primitive Baptist and the Cleveland Rotary Club.
Jayme was currently the General Manager of Crown Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Cleveland. Jayme was surrounded by a hard-working dedicated team at Crown. He was so proud of their success.
He was preceded in death by his father, James T. Harris; and sister, Karen McDaniel.
Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Vickie Harris; son, Dalton Harris; daughter, Kennedy Harris and her fiancée, Jack Fine; Jayme was so extremely proud of his children. They are both the best parts of him. Also surviving are his mother, Margaret P. Harris; brothers, Roger Harris, Brent (JoAnn) Harris; brother-in-law, Lennie McDaniel.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with The Honorable Jeff Hullender and Elder Wayne Peters.
A private burial will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
