3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival Set For Sept. 30-Oct. 1

The free 15th Annual 3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival returns Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 to Ross's Landing. 

The lineup includes Bela Fleck, Balsam Range, Mipso, Rhonda Vincent and The Rage, and many other performers.
