Dedrick Crisp, 77 a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 in a local hospital.

He was the son of the late Staton and Mary Crisp and was preceded in death by numerous siblings.

He was a long-time self-employed roofer and at one working for Parris Roofing. He was a very proud United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was member of the VFW, The American Legion and the 40 and 8 club. He was a member of Convent Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Paulette Crisp; children, Roger Crisp, Ricky Crisp, Angela Trosclair (Robert) and Susan Moreno; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; brothers, Lebron, Odell, Wendell and Stanley Crisp; sisters, Gail Dalton and Denise Clonts; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Saturday Jan. 28, at 2 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Rev. Lebron Crisp officiating. The interment will follow in The Veterans Section of Fort Hill Cemetery with military honors.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
