John Franklin Cline
John Franklin Cline, 72, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, and had lived in this area for 40 years. He was a US Navy veteran and was retired from Watts Bar Nuclear Plant where he worked as a reactor operator for TVA.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Victoria Rumage Cline; his parents, Edward and Sarah Cline; a sister, Mary Cline; and a brother, Edward Cline.
He is survived by two children, Michael Cline of Cleveland, and Laura Cline (Austin Allen) of Dallas, Texas. Several cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive.
No services are planned at this time.
