He was a cherished stepfather to Rodney (Tiffanie) Rogers, Emily Rogers, and Richard (Shannon) Rogers. Ray's legacy continues through his adoring grandchildren, Brynlee Morgan, Jayme Rogers, Hunter Rogers, Mason Rogers, Kayleigh Rogers, Serenity Rogers, Christopher Rogers, and William Rogers. He is also fondly remembered by his sisters, Dianne (T.J) Hardie, Darlene (Ricky) Guinn, and Karen (David) Montgomery, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends that he spoke with on the c.b. radio.

A service to honor and celebrate Ray's life will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 4 p.m. This gathering will be held at the chapel of Love Funeral Home, where Reverend Donald Cantrell and Reverend Gary Boyd will officiate. Following the service, Ray will find his eternal rest at United Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and share their memories on Wednesday, Oct. 4, starting at 2 p.m. until the commencement of the service at 4 p.m. during the visitation period.
