Bonnie Sisk
Bonnie Mae Sisk, 96, of Jasper, Tennessee was called home on Sunday, December 3, 2023, with her daughters by her side.
She was born to the late Archie Ball White and Molly Sitz White on September 30, 1927.
She was married to the late Thomas Lester Sisk. Bonnie was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and making her homemade chocolate and coconut pies. She also made the best banana pudding.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Archie Ball White; mother, Molly Sitz White; husband, Thomas Lester Sisk; son, Robert “Buddy” Sisk; sons-in-law, Jerry Matthews, Don Clyde Cash; daughter, Reba Cash; brothers, Tom White, Bill White, Arch White, Jr.; sisters, Mary Jane Lawhorn, Fran Bristow, Clara Latshaw and granddaughter April Layne.
Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Janet Matthews, Shelia (Wayne) Higgins; brother, Carl White; grandchildren, Keith Matthews, Spencer Coffelt, Dawn Collins, Travis Cash; great grandchildren, Cheyleigh Ann Coffelt, Riley Beddingfield, Shelby Cash, Tiara Cash, Cody & Kyle Layne; several nieces nephews, other family members and special friends.
The family will have visitation on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 4 to 8 p.m. CST and on Friday, Dec. 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn.
Funeral services will be on Friday, Dec. 8 at 1 p.m. CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn. with Brother Ronnie Case officiating.
Bonnie will be laid to rest on Friday, Dec. 8, at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Tn. immediately following the funeral service.
Pallbearers are Johnny Spangler, David Spangler, Mike Smith, Mike Gibson, C. L. Sisk and Kenny Sisk.
