East Ridge Residence To Host Open House March 25

  • Thursday, March 23, 2023
East Ridge Residence independent living community will host an Open House on Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The greater public is invited to come see the latest improvements and tour the senior living residence at 1417 North Mack Smith Road in East Ridge. Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, courtesy of Executive Chef Bradley Marks, will be served.

“East Ridge Residence is the number one place for budget-minded seniors to call home,” says
Amy Silvers, executive director.
“Offering three meals a day, activities programming, on-site
physical therapy and the largest senior apartments in the area, this is a place where you can
come live your best life.”

Boasting extra amenities like an interior courtyard and seasonal swimming pool, chef-prepared
meals and one- and two-bedroom apartments, residents are encouraged to meet new friends
and connect with old neighbors–all while enjoying freedom from traditional home maintenance
and upkeep.

“Here at East Ridge Residence, you don’t have to worry about maintaining your home or
cooking meals,” says Community Relations Director Logan Manning. “We take care of those
things so that you can enjoy all that our wonderful community has to offer.”
