Lookouts Lose In Another 4-3 Contest With Trash Pandas

The Lookouts won 4-3 in the Tuesday night opener with the Rocket City Trash Pandas, but lost by the same margin on Wednesday at AT&T Field.

Jose Gomez singled in the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth for the Huntsville squad after the visitors began the inning with two on and no outs.

The Lookouts went down quietly in the bottom of the ninth as both teams brought their records to 9-8.

Francisco Urbaez hit his first home run of the season in the bottom of the fourth to open the scoring. 

However, in the next inning Jeremiah Jackson doubled in two runs for Huntsville.

Rece Hinds tied the game with a homer in the bottom of the fifth.

The Trash Pandas regained the lead after Orlando Martinez tripled, then came home on an infield out.

The game was knotted again after the Lookouts were gifted with four walks in the bottom of the eighth.
