Minnie L. Baker
Minnie L. Baker, formerly of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, in Rocky Face, Georgia.
She retired from Country Inn Suites and was a member of Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Minnie loved watching old movies, putting jigsaw puzzles together and hunting search-a-word puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sylvia Bennett, husband, Cluer Baker, sister, Geneva Hogan and brother, James Bennett.
Survivors include her son, Greg Norris (Margeana), of Rocky Face, Ga., three grandchildren, Landon (Joelle), Brett and Jacob Norris, sister-in-law, Etta Mae Bennett, of Cleveland, Tn., cousin, Don Clark (Shirley), of Collegedale, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Pastor L. W. Litchfield officiating. The burial will follow in Collegedale Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1–3 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, at the funeral home.
