Nathan Alan Burnette
Nathan Alan Burnette, 80, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023, after a three-year battle with cancer.
Nathan was the son of the late Marion and Annie Burnette and was also preceded in death by six siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Donna Ivester Burnette; children, Julie Burnette Johnston and Darrin Burnette; Grandchildren; great-grandchildren; six siblings; nieces and nephews.
Nathan was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1964-1967.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Monday, June 12, at 1 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Ave. Chattanooga, TN 37404.
