Norma Rae Bell, 87, passed away at her home in Tequesta, Florida, on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
She was born March 14, 1936, in Chattanooga, to the late Russell and Willie Mae Dickerson and was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ernest James (Jim) Bell.
A devout Christian, Norma attended Beacon Baptist Church in Jupiter, Florida.
She graduated from City High School in Chattanooga and worked many years at CBL and Associates in Hixson later retiring from her position at Florida Power and Lights in West Palm Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her three children, Connie, Lori Ann, and Dennis Bell; four grandchildren, Aaron (Virginia) Barbatti, Nick (Julia) Lane, Eric (Lana) Lane, and Lauren (Cory) Cooper; along with six beautiful great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, Sept. 25, at 11 a.m. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Don Glenn officiating.
