Susan Ann Segars - Bollinger, 08/05/1967 - 09/16/2023, of Rossville, was born in Reading, Pa. to her late mother, Mary Jane Segars, and late father, Herbert Segars. Sue, as she preferred to be addressed, enjoyed a successful career as a truck driver of 19 years, seeing 47 of 50 U.S. states. She was a respected volunteer firefighter at the Greenwood Hill Fire Company in Pottsville, Pa., and the Deer Lake fire company in Deer Lake, Pa. Sue was a passionate cook, known best for her award winning beanless chili, and loved cooking for her family and friends. She loved motorcycles and animals, especially her Boston Terrier, Taz, English Bulldog, Tesse, and parrot, Connor. Sue was a selfless woman who gave more than she had to her family and friends to ensure their needs were met. Her greatest love was her family, especially her three children and three grandchildren, who she deeply loved and was incredibly proud of. Sue will be best remembered for being a firey, courageous, strong-willed daughter, sister, mother, wife and friend, who believed in second chances. She is deeply loved and will be incredibly missed by everyone who came to know her.
Sue is succeeded in death by Michael A. Bollinger, Sr., and son, Michael A. Bollinger, Jr. (11), Paul Holshue, Bryan Heck and sons, Eric W. Heck (35), Shane H.Heck (33), brother, Michael Segars, sister, Diane Reynolds, stepson, Bryan J. Heck (40), grandchildren, Cody (9), Bradley (6) and Myla (3); and best friends, Apryl Lesher, Krystyne Bailey and Diana Kull.
