Don Juan "Donald" EG Sizemore
Don Juan "Donald" EG Sizemore, 62, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, has bid us farewell on September 29, 2023. Born on February 5, 1961, in Bryson City, North Carolina, Don Juan was a true charmer, known for his loving nature and quick wit.
Don Juan was a jack-of-all-trades, a handyman extraordinaire, always ready to fix things with a twinkle in his eye and a clever quip on his lips. He could hammer a nail and crack a joke in the same breath, leaving everyone around him in stitches.
When he wasn't busy tinkering with tools, Don Juan found solace in his green thumb. He had a special bond with his plants, nurturing them with care and making sure they were the envy of the neighborhood. He truly had a way with flora that would make Mother Nature green with envy.
Survived by his loving wife, Alisha (Peaches) Sizemore, Don Juan leaves behind a legacy of laughter and cherished memories. His daughters, Jennifer Hollifield (husband Reno Hollifield), Ryanne Johnson (wife Selena), and Shanna Sizemore, were blessed to have a father who could crack jokes and mend broken hearts with equal ease.
Don Juan's mischievous spirit will forever be remembered by his grandchildren, Waylon Johnson, Steven Hollifield, Alexis, and Arianna. They were always on the receiving end of his playful pranks and infectious laughter.
In addition to his immediate family, Don Juan is survived by his siblings, James Sizemore (wife Brenda), Diane Millsap, Vickie Brown (husband Tim Brown), and Michael Sizemore. He was preceded in death by his father Troy Sizemore, and his wife, Bessie Sizemore, as well as his brother, Ray Sizemore, leaving behind a void that can never be filled.
Don Juan's zest for life and his knack for humor touched the lives of many, including his nieces and nephews, Travis Sizemore, Ashley Dowdle, Bill Millsap, Joannie Sizemore, Cody Sizemore, Melisa Sizemore, and Matthew Brown. They were lucky to have an uncle who could always bring a smile to their faces, no matter the circumstance.
As we bid farewell to our dear Don Juan, let us remember his playful spirit and the laughter he brought into our lives. May his witty remarks and pun-tastic jokes echo in our hearts, reminding us to find joy even in the darkest of times. His playful spirit was focused on his wife, Alisha Sizemore, (also known as Peaches).
In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated. There will be a Celebration of Life at later date.
