Melverline Cooke Frazier, 72, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023, in a local hospital.

She was loved and appreciated by all who knew her. The memory of her presence will forever be in our hearts and a comfort in our lives as long as we live. We hope that your consideration and generosity for, and to others will be a lesson for us all to emulate; for there are no greater accomplishments in life than these which you did master. May your soul be blessed unto eternity everlasting, and the peace of your maker rest upon you.

Those to cherish her memories include her husband, Melvin “Mel” Frazier; daughters, Cheryl Roberson and Tamania Florence-(Andrew) Ringer; granddaughters, Arlana Roberson and Arlissa Roberson; best cousin, Larry (Armentha) Calloway; stepchildren, Candice Frazier and granddaughters, Alora Frazier and Nicholas (Sheri) Frazier; grandsons, Wyatt Frazier, Avery Frazier, Max (Sushma) Frazier, and Sahil Frazier; best friend, Anthony Brown; very good friends, Sandra Jackson and Debra Burt-Frazier; daughter by choice, Earlene McConnell; and numerous relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home.
