Bobby Ray Mashburn, 92, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 21, 2024.

Bobby was born in Fyffe, Al., to the late Lester and Florence Mashburn. He served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Bobby was the owner and operator of Cleveland Wood Products for over 27 years. He was a member and deacon at Red Bank Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Mike and Tommy Mashburn; three sisters and a brother.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 71 years, Virginia Smith Mashburn; daughter, Karen (Don) Miller; grandchildren, Melisa (Brian) Wooten and Dustin Miller; great grandchildren, Tavian Henson, Corbyn Wooten, Allie and Luke Miller; one sister and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, and 11 a.m.-noon on Saturday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Bobby’s life will follow at noon on Saturday at the North Chapel with Dr. Bill King officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
