Steven Bruce Baker
Steven Bruce Baker, 61, passed away on December 7, 2024, after a brief illness.
Steven was born on Nov. 25, 1963, in Pineville, Ky., to Bruce and Molly Baker. He graduated from Gallatin High School and held positions in retail, the last 17 of which were with Walmart where he had many friends.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Molly Baker, sister, Vicki Curry. He is survived by his sister, Melissa Moore, brother, David Baker (Kay), nephew, Jason Moore, niece, Bethany Key (Bryan), niece, Caroline Helton (Nick), nephew David Baker (Ella), great nephews Wyatt and Sam Key, and Walker Baker.
Steven will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends.
Funeral services will be conducted from Chattanooga Funeral Home- North Chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12. Entombment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve’s memory to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
The family would like to thank the staff at Standifer Place Assisted Living for the outstanding, compassionate care over this past year.
