Retail Parcels In Red Bank Sell For $5.2 Million

Three retail parcels on Dayton Boulevard in Red Bank (2101, 2119 and 2175) were sold for $5.2 million.

The 19,000 square foot, one-story facilities were built in 1975.

RP White Oak LLC sold the properties to Hawthorne White Oak Apartments LLC.
