Noetta Westbrook 81, of Rock Spring, Georgia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 17, 2024, at home after a battle with cancer.

She was born on July 2, 1942, to the late Noie (Slim) and Lorene Allen. She was a graduate of Crawford Long Nursing School and was a registered nurse at Hutcheson Hospital. She started and was the director of Hutcheson Home Health and Hospice for many years. She transitioned to work for Health Corp and managed 44 hospitals around the Southeast. She then was a longtime employee as director of Donor Services for Blood Assurance from where she retired. Noetta attended Mt. Rachel Baptist Church in Dalton Georgia and was known as " mom" to her son's Celebrate Recovery programs. She was on the board for Chris McDaniel Ministries as the secretary. She loved her church and she loved Celebrate Recovery. The joy of her life was spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Westbrook of Rossville.

She is survived by her two children from a previous marriage to Jim McDaniel, Chris (Renee) McDaniel and Scott McDaniel, both of Rock Spring. She also had two stepchildren from her marriage with Jim Westbrook, Jimmy (Stacy) Westbrook, and Dana Reynolds. She leaves behind seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Judy (Wayne) Hicks of Soddy Daisy.
