The Blackberry Apartments in Soddy Daisy has sold for $11.5 million.

It is located at 9516 Dayton Pike.

The apartment complex was build in 2007, and last sold for $6.2 million in 2019.

Fulton Blackberry LLC purchased the property from Hillcrest Industries Holding LLC.
