On Wednesday night the Chattanooga Lookouts banged out 16 hits in a 12-1 romp of the Smokies in Knoxville. The win knots up the series at one to one for the week.
The Lookouts were paced by designated hitter Austin Hendrick who collected three hits and five runs batted in including two homeruns. Second baseman Austin Callahan also went three for five with one homerun and two runs batted in.
Chattanooga was equally as impressive on the mound with starting pitching Hunter Parks striking out five in four innings of work. He was followed by reliever Brooks Crawford, who collected his first win of the year. Andrew Moore closed out the game with two scoreless innings and three strikeouts.
The Lookouts are back in action Thursday night at 7 p.m. in Knoxville.
