Ladies Basketball at East Hamilton will enter a new and exciting era under Bryana ‘Bry’ Williams. As California high school standout, Bry broke both shooting and rebounding records earning her recognition as the #1 player in the LA City Section and a top 10 player in California. She continued her passion for the game as a scholarship athlete at California Baptist University, Riverside. While at CBU, she excelled on the court with extensive playing time with best-in-conference offensive stats. While she had opportunities to play professionally, she decided to focus on her coaching career and helping others.

Now entering her 17th year as coach, she has lead programs at all player levels: youth, high school, NAIA, and NCAA.

School Principal, Brent Eller, commented that Bry’s dynamic is felt instantly; her passion is immense. Coach Williams will bring experience, leadership, and a strong work ethic to Lady Cane Basketball. Throughout the interview process, Coach Williams’ knowledge of the game and player development elevated her.

Administrative Athletic Director, Keitha Booker, commented that Coach Williams is a great fit for East Hamilton and will bring stability and consistency to the ladies’ basketball program. At East Hamilton, we focused our search on not only

finding ‘a coach’ but ‘The Coach’ to lead the program into the future. Athletic Director, Eric Mountain, commented that Coach Williams won the team over with her skill set, knowledge of the game, and her passion to build a ladies basketball program.

Coach Williams is excited to build a consistent program for the ladies. She believes in helping the Lady Canes reach their fullest potential athletically and wholistically developing them where they need to be. She is excited to instill her love of the game into the East Hamilton Lady Canes.

Outside of coaching and her work in the schools, she has successfully created and launched multiple businesses focused on leadership development through coaching and mentoring. Coach Williams has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and two graduate degrees in Biblical and Christian Studies.
