After winning five straight games the Chattanooga Lookouts offense couldn't get going on Friday night and lost to the Montgomery Biscuits by a score of 2-0.
The Lookouts managed only two hits on the night and were struck out eleven times. Biscuits starting pitcher T.J. Nichols moved to 12-3 on the season with seven scoreless innings. Ryan Cardona was nearly as good for the Lookouts. Although he didn't start the game, Cardona went six and a third innings and allowed just one run.
The two teams will meet for a doubleheader, two seven inning games, in Chattanooga on Saturday beginning at 5:15 p.m. The series will conclude on Sunday at 2:15.
