Collegedale’s Katie Lamb Library has been expanded and renovated this summer. Collegedale Commissioner Laura Howse, who is also on the city’s library board, facilitated the application and acceptance of a grant up to $200,000, from the state of Tennessee that will go toward paying for the upgrades.
