Hendo’s Creole Cuisine wjll soon be opening at 1278 Market St., the old location of St. John’s restaurant. The new restaurant will be serving New Orleans specialties such as gumbo Jambalaya, Shrimp and Grits and Crawfish Etouffee. There will also be a selection of creole style desserts including Bananas Foster and bread pudding. more
