Labor Day At The Post Is Sept. 1 At Barnhardt Circle

Labor Day at the Post is set for Monday, Sept. 1, at Barnhardt Circle in Ft Oglethorpe, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Admission is free. Thi s is Fort Oglethorpe’s biggest event of the year. There will be live music all day. This year’s lineup features headliners Montgomery Gentry, featuring Eddie Montgomery, along with Emily Ann Roberts, Scotty Inman and a full lineup of regional artists. We need a full stop on building in unincorporated Hamilton County until the basics are fixed. Our infrastructure is crumbling under the weight of unchecked growth. Roads are already overloaded.
