Teresa Shirley Ford, 81, of Whitwell, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. She was born on December 22, 1943 to the late Ottis and Hazel Shirley. Teresa's favorite hobby was spoiling her two granddaughters, Emma and Brooke. She also enjoyed being outside tending to her flowers, taking care of her pets and spending time with family and friends. After another rainout on Wednesday evening the Chattanooga Lookouts swept their doubleheader against the Montgomery Biscuits on Thursday and have now won five straight. In Game One starting pitcher T.J. Sikkema had another strong start going four innings and allowing just one run on two hits.
