Chattanooga Billiard Club Adds Barber Shop

  • Tuesday, April 19, 2005

A new full service barber shop has opened inside the Chattanooga Billiard Club East.

"We do haircuts for men and women," said Trim & Style Shop owner Brandi Hicks. "We also offer hot shaves, scalp massages and other services, and there's no appointment required."

The veteran stylist said the new shop is fully licensed and inspected by the state. Owner Phil Windham, who opened the original downtown CBC on Cherry Street in 1984, said the barber shop is a good fit for the popular East Brainerd location.

"We already have fine food, great drinks and first-rate cigars at both locations," Mr. Windham said. "Now our East Brainerd patrons can relax and get a haircut when they drop in to play billiards or have lunch. It's very popular with men and women."

The CBC East is located at 110 Jordan Drive, just off Shallowford Road near Lee Highway. The Trim & Style Shop is located adjacent to Burns Tobacconist inside the Banquet and Conference Center. Those seeking more information can call the CBC at (423) 499-3883.
