Annette Clark of Crye-Leike, Realtors has earned her Certified Premier Properties Specialist designation.

She is based out of the company’s Hixson branch office located at 5870 Highway 153. She and her husband, Tony, work together as “The Clark Connection.”

Ms. Clark said, “In a market where things are always changing, which by the way is one of the things I love about real estate, I think it is very important to take advantage of all the training and exposure to things that will enable me to better serve our clients.

“Whether it be the CPPS designation or learning more about different programs offered for first time homebuyers, we work with a lot of different clients in a lot of different price ranges so it’s important to be knowledgeable of all different needs that a client may have.”

To earn Crye-Leike’s CPPS certification, Ms. Clark successfully completed a two-day course and met the standards in the production, marketing and sale of high-end properties in the past two years. She also met other criteria, such as qualifying for the company’s Multi Million dollar Club and having attained other professional real estate designations.

“My husband and I are both agents and love what we are doing and contrary to what is going on in other parts of the country things in our market are still selling,” she said. “The market here is still good, homes are moving a little slower than two years ago, but they are still selling, you just have to work a little harder and be a little more patient.”

Ms. Clark is a licensed realtor in Tennessee and Georgia, assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Rhea, Sequatchie and Bradley counties in Tennessee and throughout North Georgia. She specializes in all types of residential and commercial real estate sales. She is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Ms. Clark said, “Whether it be helping stage a home to sell, different available loan programs, marketing strategies or just anything that we think will enable our clients to connect to their dream of home ownership, I will take the time to learn everything that I can in relation to real estate."

The Clarks live in Soddy Daisy and serve on the community outreach committee for CAR. They are members of Union Fork Baptist Church.
