Kristin Sparks Joins The James Company

Kristin Sparks has joined The James Company Real Estate Brokers and Development as an affiliate broker.

Ms. Sparks is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University where she received a B.S. degree in business administration with a major in finance in 2004 and a master of business administration degree in 2006.

A native of Sparta, Tn., she has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. She has marketed major commercial, residential, and land developments throughout Middle Tennessee. Additionally, she worked on a start-up team developing a title insurance company in Lebanon, Tn. during the summer of 2002.

Ms. Sparks is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Chattanooga Association of Realtors. She recently returned from the 24th Annual Senior Expo in West Palm Beach, Fla., where she showcased select properties from the region.

Ms. Sparks and her husband, Brian, reside in Hixson and are members of Christ United Methodist Church. She is also an active member of the Young Professional Association of Chattanooga and Volunteers in Medicine.
