The Mountain Arts and Craft Celebration at Cloudland Canyon is Nov. 2-3.
The Mountain Arts and Craft Celebration will be at Cloudland Canyon State Park in northwest Georgia on Nov. 2 and 3.
The Mountain Arts and Craft Celebration will feature over 40 artists and crafters who have demonstrated their skill by submitting their work to a review committee to ensure only quality items will be displayed and available for purchase, officials said. Artists will have clay pottery, ceramics, photographs, paintings, wood carvings and more. Crafters have hand made quilts, unique birdhouses, fabric creations and more.
Musicians will be onsite and there will be a variety of foods and snacks. Wood fired pizza, barbeque with the fixings, hot dogs, candy, peanut brittle, popcorn, cotton candy and more will be available.
Cloudland Canyon State Park is beautiful in the fall season and the Interpretive Center will have a variety of crafts for young and seniors to make. There are a variety of displays and also a pet possum and other creatures to see.
There will be hay rides in the park for family fun. The park has many trails from easy to challenging and provide a view of the canyon and waterfall.
The only payment required is a $5 per vehicle parking fee for an entire family day at the park.
